Terms of Service
Last updated: July 5, 2026
These terms govern your use of Quero ("the Service"), operated by Elias Lindblad, based in Sweden.
By creating an account or using Quero, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What Quero provides
Quero is a tool that lets you query APIs across multiple parameter values and merge the results into a single table for export. You provide the API endpoints and credentials; Quero provides the fan-out, merging, and export functionality.
Beta disclaimer
Quero is currently in closed beta. The Service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed. We may reset data or shut down the beta at any time with reasonable notice via email.
Your responsibilities
- API access: You are responsible for having permission to access the APIs you query through Quero. We do not verify whether you are authorized to call a given endpoint.
- Credentials: Do not paste API keys, tokens, or passwords into URL pattern fields. Use header fields or Browser mode's native request headers for authentication.
- Acceptable use: Do not use Quero to overload or abuse third-party APIs, violate any third party's terms of service, or access data you are not authorized to access.
- Account security: You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account.
Our responsibilities
- We will make reasonable efforts to keep Quero available and your data secure.
- We will not sell your data or use it for advertising.
- We will notify you of material changes to these terms or to the Service via email.
Data and privacy
Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. In Browser mode, your API requests and responses never touch our servers.
Intellectual property
Your data is yours. Connector configurations, value lists, and query results belong to you. We claim no ownership over any content you create or retrieve through Quero.
Quero's software, design, and branding are ours. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quero and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, API errors, incorrect query results, or downtime.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (during beta, this is zero).
Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, with notice where practical.
On termination, your account data and saved configurations are deleted within 30 days.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes will be resolved in Swedish courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Quero evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
